Our reviews

These guests came before you

What a top-notch accommodation! We stayed in the yellow room with our children (13 and 15). Everything was tickety-boo. Great beds, luxurious bathroom. Good restaurant for dinner. Hospitable and very friendly staff (which is rare these days). Highly recommended 💙

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We stayed in the blue room & the gatekeeper's cottage, in this stunning location. The rooms are fully equipped, excellent beds, wonderful rainfall shower (blue room), in the cottage only a bath (no shower, which was less convenient). Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice in a lovely room overlooking the...

Super lovely, quiet place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room super lovely, super tidy, luxurious and super well cleaned! And then also a delicious breakfast! Definitely recommended!

In late November, the grounds were dressed in a Christmas atmosphere with a massive Christmas tree. We stayed in the gatehouse, a unique experience. Spacious, complete,...

We really enjoyed the red room, a touch noisy, but not insurmountable. The staff were very friendly, absolutely nothing to fault. Breakfast was good, complete and plenty. We had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary

Last weekend we had the privilege of spending a wonderful night at this lovely location. We received a very friendly welcome, and during the tour of the room we heard great stories about the location and the surrounding area. The evening meal was sublime and the view was gorgeous. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back.
