Our estate is situated in the village of Limbricht, next to Sittard and the Limbrichterbos, which enables us to rely on a tranquil location surrounded by beautiful nature. Our estate houses various spaces for funeral services and extensive options for after-funeral receptions and gatherings following the service. We are easily accessible and have ample parking, allowing both small and large groups to say farewell in an intimate and stylish manner. Our team will do everything possible to relieve you of the burden where possible and to give your loved one the farewell they deserve.
Funeral
For a farewell service, depending on the number of people various spaces available, which can be completely furnished and decorated to your wishes. Based on your preferences regarding decoration, the content of eulogies and accompanying music, we will do our utmost to orchestrate a wonderful farewell and lasting memory for you.
Funeral venue hire from £1,000, including:
- Room hire
- Including furniture and basic lighting for the space
Technical costs by agreement
Coffee table
Following the official ceremony, we are also happy to provide the post-funeral gathering for you. Our staff will respect your privacy so that you can catch up with your loved ones in peace and share memories of the deceased. We offer a Limburg post-funeral coffee table in the following package:
- Cup of freshly prepared soup
- Various types of bread to top yourself with various luxury cold meats and cheese
- Various Limburg flans
- Coffee, tea, water

Dispersing after the after-funeral buffet and service
A funeral service is always an emotional occasion and we can imagine that you might also wish to clear your head for a moment. We offer our guests free walking routes starting and ending your walking route at Limbricht Castle. Clear your mind for a bit and afterwards enjoy a moment with us on the terrace with your loved ones.
With its historic charm and peaceful setting, the castle is the ideal place to say a fitting farewell to a loved one. Our experienced staff are on hand to support you in organising a personal and meaningful ceremony, followed by an atmospheric after-funeral gathering. In our beautiful function rooms, you can come together in peace and quiet to share memories.
