Unique programme
Autumn is perhaps one of the most beautiful seasons around Limbricht Castle. The trees change colour, the days grow shorter and inside it slowly becomes cosy again. A wonderful moment for the next edition of our Four Seasons Concerts.
In collaboration with Conservatorium Maastricht and the Salviuskerkje, Kasteel Limbricht will present four special concert afternoons in 2026 as well, each completely tailored to the season. The autumn edition is scheduled for Sunday 11 October.
The afternoon begins at Limbricht Castle with a festive welcome and a joint toast. We then walk to the historic Salvius Church for the first part of the concert. During the interval, you will return for a seasonal lunch, after which the second part of the concert follows. We will conclude the afternoon together at the castle with a drink or a cup of coffee.
That is how we combine three things during every edition that we ourselves really enjoy: exceptional music, good food and a magnificent historic setting.

The musicians of the summer edition
During this autumn edition, we welcome pianist Lucas Politi and singer Zoé Rialan, together Duo Naqqāli. The two musicians met at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and soon discovered that they share the same ambition: making classical music accessible to a wide audience. Since 2023, they have been performing recitals in which music, stories and background information come together in a very natural way.
The name Naqqāli refers to an ancient Persian storytelling tradition. A copycat is a storyteller who takes their audience on a journey by connecting narrative, poetry and emotion. That is precisely what Lucas and Zoé also try to do with their music. They do not just play, but talk about the music, the composers and the stories behind the pieces.
Lucas Politi only discovered the piano at the age of 15, but soon fully committed to music. He studied in Paris, among other places, and subsequently at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Zoé Rialan also followed an unconventional path. She first studied Mandarin and Chinese music history and spent three years at the Shanghai Conservatory before focusing entirely on singing. After her studies at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, she continued her training at the Maastricht Conservatory.
Together they present a concert in which not only the music itself takes centre stage, but above all the story behind it. This autumn edition thus promises to be a wonderful, accessible musical afternoon for both the experienced classical music enthusiast and those simply wanting to discover something new.
