For the City of Maaseik, we had the privilege of organising a colleague day where connection was central. Not a standard afternoon with a drink and a chat, but a programme in which colleagues experienced something together.
The kick-off? A joint percussion workshop where 200+ colleagues made rhythms together, surprised one another and literally had to tune in to each other. Afterwards, the group dispersed across the estate and everyone chose an activity that suited them.
From sharing laughs to new conversations and unexpected duos: precisely those moments make a team day valuable. The day was concluded with an informal food truck festival where all experiences came together again.
