Culinary aspect
During the evening various delicious dishes were served. During the first part of the evening we went round with various starters, such as mini carpaccio, amuses-bouches, Italian and Spanish cold cuts that were sliced live, fruits de mer and oysters.
Meanwhile, various dishes were prepared on the Ofyr; truffle burgers, lamb cutlets, whole rib-eye, side of salmon, and also the most delicious prawn skewers. The guests were also provided with various side dishes, such as Patate al Forno and Insalata Caprese.
To finish, we went round with a mini dessert parade, served in small glasses so that the guests could enjoy multiple desserts. In addition, an extensive cheese bar was opened!
