Focus, fresh air and fire from the grill
Sometimes a team needs more than just a meeting room and a flip chart. Sometimes it is time to really get away together. To make plans, let ideas grow and also meet each other outside of the meeting.
For this team, the two-day event began in a place where peace, history and inspiration come together: Limbricht Castle.
The morning started with a kick-off in the Vergaderburcht. Here, plans were discussed and ideas shared. Towards the end of the morning, the team took a short walk around the castle towards the Limbrichterbos. Just some fresh air and space for informal chats.
Lunch was served in The restaurant, after which the programme continued with an afternoon of meetings and brainstorming.
At the end of the day, the focus shifted to teambuilding. An archery workshop followed on the castle grounds, after which the fire was lit for a grill workshop and communal BBQ. The evening flowed in a relaxed manner into a social drinks reception, after which everyone headed to their hotel rooms at their own pace.
The following morning began with a communal breakfast. This was followed by one final meeting session, this time with the Ballroom as a surprising breakout room. After a concluding lunch, the two-day event was over.
Two days in which plans were made, ideas emerged and the team grew closer together.
