Wrapping up the year together
In December, the historic estate of Limbricht Castle became the setting for a warm, accessible and exuberant Christmas party for Rabobank. No rigid schedule, no assigned seating, but an evening where colleagues met, tasted, laughed and celebrated Christmas together.
On arrival, guests were welcomed onto the atmospherically lit courtyard. Fire pits crackled, prosecco was passed around and the first conversations struck up in no time. The tone was set: this was an evening for being together, not for ticking things off.
The estate invited movement. Everywhere there was something to discover.
The beating heart of the evening was in the brewery of Limbricht Castle, which transformed into a lively pub. The sort of place you walk into and really don't want to leave again. A band that effortlessly carries the audience along, music that connects, a drink in hand and colleagues getting to know each other in a different way.
Later in the evening, sweet surprises were passed around and the evening flowed naturally into dancing, conversation and good times. No big finale was needed. The power lay in the simplicity.
A Christmas party as it is meant to be: relaxed, energetic and above all together.
