At a young age, Mark discovered his passion for cooking. He gained experience in a variety of kitchens – from Michelin-starred restaurants to atmospheric bistros – thus building a broad and refined culinary foundation.
Since 2023 he has been at the helm of the kitchen at Kasteel Limbricht, where he works with the same dedication on everything from lavish buffets to luxurious multi-course dinners. Mark keeps an overview, maintains a calm atmosphere and, together with his team, brings flavour, creativity and hospitality together on the plate every single day.
