There are places where beer is not just served, but where it is truly created. In the brewery at Limbricht Castle, master brewer Max from Brouwerij Ambrass brews his characterful beers, right in the heart of the castle.
During this unique beer experience, you get a rare behind-the-scenes look at a real castle brewery. You will discover how the beers are brewed, which ingredients make all the difference, and how flavours are created. Of course, it doesn't just stop at looking and listening. Tasting is just as much a part of it.
A relaxed afternoon at the castle for lovers of good beer, great stories and a place where craftsmanship is still truly tangible.

11:00 – Reception at Limbricht Castle
We are off to a good start with a classic breakfast: bacon & egg.
11:30 – Brewery tour
Master brewer Max takes you behind the scenes of Ambrass Brewery and tells all about the brewing process, the ingredients and the stories behind the beers.
Following – Beer tasting
During the tasting you will sample five different beers from the brewery, accompanied by a mini sharing board
14:00 – Expected end
Afterwards, you are of course very welcome to chat a bit longer in the castle's tasting room.
