Wekelijks ontvangen wij grote aantallen gasten op ons landgoed. Gasten genieten van een diner in ons proeflokaal, een lunch tijdens een vergadering, een uitgebreid diner tijdens een (bedrijfs)feest en nog veel meer. Wij zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandig werkend kok die deel uit wil maken van het kleine team en daarmee een bijdrage wil leveren aan de culinaire beleving van onze gasten. 

Het recept voor een zelfstandig werkend kok:

Je wordt enthousiast van alles wat met eten te maken heeft en wilt hierin ook de beste kwaliteit leveren. Dit begint bij een goede voorbereiding waarbij je zorgt voor de juiste producten en deze controleert op kwaliteit. Je zorgt voor een perfecte bereiding, afwerking en presentatie van de gerechten door de  diverse kooktechnieken die je beheerst. Uiteraard neem je de HACCP-richtlijnen in acht en zorg je voor een schone en opgeruimde werkplek. Dit alles doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de andere koks en chef-kok. 

Welke ingrediënten heb je hiervoor nodig?

• Karaktereigenschappen kun je omschrijven als: enthousiast, stressbestendig, creatief en zelfstandig;
• Onder tijdsdruk of bij tegenslag kun je nog steeds de verwachtingen overtreffen;
• Je weet de HACCP richtlijnen in de praktijk te brengen;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en weet dat het werken in weekenden en op feestdagen erbij hoort;
• Je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde koksopleiding maar dit is niet vereist;
• Enige ervaring heeft de voorkeur maar is voor deze functie niet vereist.

Over Landgoed Kasteel Limbricht

Onze gasten kunnen sfeervol genieten in een bijzondere ambiance die historie ademt. Door de eigentijdse inrichting in het huiselijke Proeflokaal, het hart van Landgoed Kasteel Limbricht, voelt iedereen zich meteen thuis. Het Proeflokaal is dagelijks van 10:00 tot 22:00 uur geopend en heeft de keuze uit diverse bourgondische gerechten van de kleine kaart. We hebben ook onze eigen charcuterie in het Proeflokaal waar de vleeswaren vers worden gesneden op onze authentieke Berkel. Onze chef bereidt alle gerechten met dagverse streekproducten. Verschillende groenten en kruiden komen uit onze eigen tuin. Daarnaast zijn al onze zalen & ruimtes uiterst geschikt voor feesten, partijen en zakelijke evenementen zoals vergaderingen, personeelsfeesten en bedrijfspresentaties.
